DELIVERY

MADE TO ORDER

Every NO RETURN piece is made to order. This means we don't hold large amounts of finished stock and your order is made specifically for you.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

Your 10-day turnaround starts from the date your order is placed.

Once your order has been made and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Processing / making your order:
Up to 10 working days from the date of ordering.

Delivery:
Delivery time is in addition to the 10-day making period and depends on the delivery service selected at checkout.

So, please don't expect your order to arrive within 10 days 

10 days is our production time before dispatch.

This is particularly important if you're ordering for a birthday, Christmas or another specific date.

UK DELIVERY

We currently ship within the UK.

Royal Mail 48 hours Standard

Small parcel - £4

Medium parcel - £8

Free delivery on orders £80 or over

Royal mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.

If your delivery service provides tracking, your tracking number will be included in this email.

Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received your confirmation.

 

NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE?

Because every order is made to order, please allow the full 10 working days before dispatch, plus the delivery time.

If you need something for a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance.

We can't guarantee that an order placed close to a deadline will arrive in time.

Why does my order take up to 10 days?
Our clothing is made to order rather than mass produced and stored ready to ship. Your order needs to be prepared, printed/pressed, quality checked and packaged before dispatch.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we are not be able to change the address.

Can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We're currently shipping within the UK, but watch this space.
